I've taken a housing loan from PNB - Trichy and i need so many information on my dues and interest rates and the balance amount i have to repay. Since I'm not very much aware of the bank process, i feel that I'm charged so much. There are no proper responce from the branch staffs. Kindly mail me the customer care Email iD so that i would clarify my doubts online and i would like to get Emails for my loan transactions. I would be really feel better if you do the needful at the earliest.
