Respected sir, I gave them printer for repair in January which they took two week for repair. The fault in my printer was with CCD unit & rest of the printer was working properly. This printer belongs to Network Co. Comverse Network systems pvt.ltd. as it is network printer & it is being used by around 20 to 25 people through net, so they repaired & gave me the warranty of 1 month & same fault appeared within 20 days time but I was outside bombay so I could not complain to them, after comming back I send this printer back to HP service center, after taking 4 days time they are telling me that printer is being opened by us which is totally baseless & I am planning to register complain at consumer court. I want you to take action befor I go to consumer court.
