HP 801 vivera ink cyan

I have purchased two HP Vivera inks, one Cyan and the other light magenta from M/s Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd., 16 Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata - 700 013 (Ph.033-22256455). At the time of replacing the cartridges, original HP product message was shown. But while checking the ink level, it was shown 3/4 in case of the CYAN while in case of light magenta it was ok.

Please explain why this discrepancy should occur..
