Poor After sale Service

I purchased a Compaq Laptop in 7th Nov. 2007 (Bill No. T3/2274) with utter trust of reliability on the Brand, the product was purchased from E-Zone Electrocnics Indore. To utter shock, laptop HDD became faulty in Dec. 2007 itself which was replaced in 14 days of time.. Further it was giving little problem which the service centre guy use to resolve on timely basis but in Nov. 2008 its motherboard got faulty and I again deposited the same at Service centre on 6th Nov.2008.. I am still waiting for My laptop from the service centre office, every day I go and check with Service centre people but the procastinate each time and saying that the delay is from head office. Its been more than 1 and half months I've yet not recd the Laptop, because of which My daily work is disturbed, My productivity has gone down hell lot of time is wasted because of every day visit at service centre. This month is My promotion month and just because of this laptop episode, I might fail to hit My target. Its really ridicoulus that No body is giving heed to customer.

This would be my last attempt to get this Laptop back thru company's internal process, I will wait for 2 more days, if no support and no reply, I am bound to take Media and Consumer Forum help both.

Plz look into the matter on priority and revert back to me asap.
