Poor services

I have laptop of hp 550 .

i had problem so i given my laptop to hp ghaziyabad services centre on

13/11.till now i did not collected my lapi.

i am student of PGDM so i have face many problem without my laptop.

when i call to hp service centre every time same reply part not avaible.
