HP not responding well

My laptop compaq presario v6000 au ; s/n: cnf713339q; was reported having motherboard problem on 23 dec at kanpur service center.they told me that problem will be recovered in atmost one week, but since then 46 days have been passed and every day when i call them they are only responding that "Part has not been received".also from few days their response has become rough and some times they does'nt respond at all. I am an ENGG. student so i need computer for my work but people at HP are spoiling my precious time...

if consumer forum can help me out from this situation, i will be very much obliged... waiting for possitive response...
