Not recived digital camera

I had bought laptop (Compaq presario cq40) on microland computers jabalpur on date 31/12/08 .In puschase time shopkeeper said that 8.2 megapixel camera found within a month with laptop after DD amount 1299 RS.will send to delhi office. I had sended to DD amount of 1299 RS. at delhi.on date 5/1/09. but I do not get any digital camera. I had complained to the shopkeeper (Microland computers) but he has not any response.
