Leakage of Cylinde

My name is saroj, resident of 4"B" old pinto park, Air force station palam, new delhi. My consumer # is

678808 an HPC # 130725 is facing a gas leakage problem since the installation of the newly received

cylinder. I am not able to cook at home due to this since morning. Kindly treat the matter as very urgent and try to fix the problem before any mishap. Its really dangrous and i want you to kindly replace the

cylinder asap.
