I had submitted my laptop to the HP under warranty in november for getting my LCD repaired. They got it changed and send me my laptop after 1 month. When i recieved it they got my LCD changed but they replaced it with a used LCD & not with a new one. Secondly they broke my power strip. I told them to replace it they now replace it in June and now i visited their service center to collect my laptop on 5th june, i forget my complaint record at home so they did not gave me my laptop as i did not have that complaint with me. I said that's my fault so no problem with that, you do one thing just show me my laptop & you can take my identity proof for your verification and then you courier it.
they did not allow me and now i recieved my laptop on 6th june now its LCD's panel is broken.
I am not understanding why these guys did not understand the value of time of others. Their staff is pathetic, they don't know how to talk to their customers. I think a step should be taken against these type of companies, so they understand the importance of customers.
Personally i will try to let as many people know about all these kind of companies.
