Dear All,
i have taken hp printer in the month of janurary and that time there was sceme going on. That buy an hp printer and get and additional tonner free buy paying Rs.250/- and i have paied also but still dated 23/06/09 i have not received my tonner. and now also HP People are saying that we are running shortage of tonner so that we cant sent you a additional tonner and still also time will take to send you a tonner. If Hp people are not capable to send tonner they should stop selling product and shut down compony.
