HDFC AQB Charges

Hi,

I got shock of my life when checked my account on 23rd July where HDFC bank has deducted 827/- Rs from my account. I never knew what charges are these until i searched in Google and found that there are many who have suffered from this. Does anybody know how do i get the amount back?
