I brought an HP printer from e-zone Mumbai central

Hi All,

I purchased an H.P printer 209 model printer costing Rs7500. And I took the product to my home and when I checked I found the software “C.P” is missing inside the box. Is it a professional thing? Then I immediately called the e-zone shop they replied saying “Apologies” for the inconvenience. We have no stocks when we have the stock then we will be able to provide you the software C.D to install the printer.
