I've purchased a HP All-in-one printer on October. The company had offered a pen drive as gift for that. I've done all the formalities they've asked for. But I have'nt got the gift yet.
When I corresponded them, they said that it was already sent and they've given reference numbers. But those references belong to another person in North India. When I further corresponded them, they repeat the same that 'the gift has been sent by them and has been received by me' they say, but I've not received anything.
I have the proof that they've given fake references to fool me. Could you please help me get that pen drive. I want compensation for this, what they have done for me.
