Owing to the hike in petrol and diesel rates on 04/06/08 w.e.f 05/06/08 (00:00hrs). The pump owner refused to provide petrol more than 2litres. There is no provision of complaint against this on the official website of HPCL. No directives as such have been issued in this regard by any authority.
