HP/COMPAC PRESARIO LAPTOP
Not replacing defective laptop, in warranty period

Inspite of being in warranty period, Authorized HP service Centre refuses to replace the defective laptop. Laptop is just two month old & inspite of three times sevices same error is continue to happen & service centre is not able to ractify the problem.

So please help me to relace the defective laptop.
