I have purchased a desktop around 7 months back after 2 months of purchase the monitor got faulty for which i complained and after lots of reminder to the service center who were taking care of the complain the monitor got replaced in 2.5 months . after 15 days of replacement the monitor again is not working properly the complaint has been launched again the enginer has visited my hose checked all the things (encluding electrical wiring) and again got the monitor faulty recient complaint no is "CAO685687" they assured again that it will be replaced in 10 days but still it is 12 days over and no responce is being provided. so i request the concern person to look into this matter and resolve the issue as the purpose of purchasing a desktop of HP was not a good dicision for us and it also creat bad impresion in the market.
