Dear sir
I M.Dinesh bought a Compaq Presario SG3550IL Desktop PC on 12.11.08 from an authorised shop JAIHIND.But unfortunately, I met with a problem in my monitor.even though my pc was switched on the power to the monitor was not there.so i made a compliant to the customer care.according to that complaint a engineer visited my home and found the problem.it was the fault in the power supply board.then he informed us that since the monitor model is w1907, it will be replaced by a new one.then till now the monitored had been replaced by 4 monitors in which all the four had problems of different nature.the one which i received yesterday is now making some abnormal sound. I, hereby, wish to bring this problem to your notice because this type of neglected services to the customer will ruin the reputation of your esteemed company. Also the problem had not been sorted out for last 4 months.so iam in deep frustration. In addition to that i didnt get a genuine replay from any of the officials from the servicing company and above that
