Hp compaq laptop(c773tu)
Display is not working

Sir i purchased hp compaq laptop (c773tu) in the month of october in last week when i was working on it, suddenly display was shut off. I have given it for repair with the dealer with who i had purchased. now the dealer-OM COMPUTER SHIMOGA is not giving me correct information regarding the problem, I have lots of work to do, so i need my laptop urgently.

sir please give me a solution...
