Not received gift vouche

Sir,

This is to inform you that i have purchased a hp Compaq presario

notebook for which i want to redeem the Adidas gift voucher. My

redemption code is 2220096 I have submitted the copy of invoice and bar

coded serial no. on dt 15 nov. I have sent 4to5 times mail for

redemption cell. But till date redemption cell not sent to mail and

not delivered to gift voucher. sir pl.take action in this matter.
