Hardware Malfunction within 15 days of buying the product

I had purchased HP Deskjet D2568 printer on 24th June. On 5th July it stopped printing and papers got destroyed in it..

It is a first hand new product serial no. STH94M280WD.I had bought it from Staples stores, City Centre, Mumbai-400008
