I have booked for refilling my gas cylinder one month ago. But till now, the distributor [distributor code:15124900, Tripthy Flames, Kottayam]is neither willing to provide the refilled cylinder nor to transfer the connection to a different agency..Also the distributor is no longer attending their phone..There are lots of coustomers here, suffering with the same problem under this agency. kindly take necessary steps as soon as possible..
