At the time of booking for refilling of cylender they told that within 10 days gas will be delivered. It is already 21 days passed. When I remind them their reply is the area delivery boy is not coming. It will take time otherwise you come and collect the cylender. But the office is 2 kms from our residence and the godowon of the gas company is another 2 kms. I have to spent 1/2 day to take the delivery with an amount Rs.150/- for auto expenditure. Since 3 months they are not giving the delivery in time. This is the 3rd time. When I worn them to complain your head office also they did not care.. What to do.
