Delay in Refill

I have booked my cylinder for refill on 31.01.2009 my booking No. is 4132 at Savita Gas Agency Kamptee road Nagpur. My Consumer No is 620577. Till 21.02.2009 I could not get refill cylinder I also complaint to H.P. Gas Site on 18.02.2009 and 19.02.2009 the reference no's are 08025377 & 08025643 resppectivelt but upto 21.02.2009 both the complaints are pending So I kindly request you to do the needful
