Non-delivery of Gas after booking

Hi,

Please note that myself, Mr. Kiran Paradkar had booked HP gas on 2nd February and my second cylinder also got exhausted on 23rd February. We have not received our first cylinder yet. My consumer no. is 621366 and gas agency name is Soham Gas Service, Kolbad Road, Thane (West). The phone lines are always engaged (25478227/25475154) and once by luck we got through, the receptionist said there are no persons to deliver gas in your area.

Also could you please let us know how many days in advance can we book the cylinder to get the delivery on time.

This kind of service is very irritating and causing inconvenience as we have small baby at home.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
