Delay in Gas supply

Dear Sir,

I have booked to provide the gas cylinder against consumer no. 602926 to HP Gas Centre, B.T.Road, Panihati, 24pgs.(N) over phone nearly 20days ago, till date, it is not matured. As my relative, Sh. Amarjit Bose is not well, so, I, myself took initiative for booking. Sh. Amarjit Bose is a retired Asstt. Head Master. He and his old wife are living at Agarpara. There is none to look after them. We can expect better service from a renowned company like HPCL. Moreover, as a senior citizen, Sh. Amarjit Bose and his wife can expect the proper service as they are the bonafide customer last 20yrs.

You are requested kindly look into this matter and provide the better service to those old people.
