Keeping the phone busy to wave off customers

We have been trying the gas agency phone for last few days but it is always engaged, we also tried 1716 for a similar time no success, I stay outdorrs with my wife handling bookings.

Last time a carrier threatened my wife if she does not buy the gas pipe at Rs.77/- he would not be able to deliver the gas cylinder.

The cariiers name was Mr. Singh the date was 12th September the Gas agency agency: Lokenath Cooking Gas.
