We have taken HP gas connection from Madhu gas agency in Secunderabad. We book for gas when it's over, and it's never delivered on time. The minimum time it takes is 1 week or more. When we call to enquire, it's the same answer that you'll have to wait for a week. Now it's easy to tell that we need to book for the cylinder in advance... but how do you predict when your cylider will be empty, because sometimes you use it more and other times very less. We don't even have a second cylinder. So can you imagine the inconvenience of not having a gas connection for more than 1 week??? And it's more than 1/12 years since we applied for the second cylinder. When is the second cylinder going to be provided??? Because there are many who get it withing few months and others who don't get it at all. Then why do they keep this formalty of providing a second connection, instead they can directly tell that it's not possible to provide a second cylinder. So please either deliver the refill cylinder on time or give us the second connection...
