Gas booked overphone 15 days back. the agency told that i have not booked for gas refill

I am having two cylinder connection.my consumer No. is 607780. the gas agency- Rejani gas DPI Jn Tvpm. when one cylinder is fully exhausted/used up i book for refilled cylinder. recently i used to avail the 24 hrs booking facility over my mob. No.9446321328.. till now i had been receiving the refilled cylinder without much delay. hen i booked for a new cylinder it was informed from the automatic booking centre that the cylinders up to 15th of Sept is being distributed. Unfortunately i did not manage to write down the booking number. plese let me know what has actually happened.
