Poor service-misbehave with my servant- not pick up phone

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking Or misbehave with my servant, non pick up of phone numbers

I booked gas for home delivery on last month but till today 04.02.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative they will not pick up the phone when my servant go and request for gas cylinder the way of talking, behaviour and attitude is so rude, I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.
