Hi, i shifted my residence from borivli (west), mumbai to vile parle (east).i had connection of ramlata agency, L.T.road, borivli.i then applied for transfer to M.N.Doshi gas agency, vile parle east, near shabri hotel, nehru road. After submission of auth. code their was charge of 80/- taken from me without any receipt. Person sitting in shop told me 57/-rs waas charge of tea which was offered free from HP company as a complimentary gift to customers.rest were his service charge. Another person from his side came to my home to check out add.who again charged me 40/-rs after giving non stamped reciept of M.N.doshi gas agency. Is there any one listening to all these our greviences. I faer after doing complaint they may not give the cylinder. I will change my service provider to other. Concerned authorties pl look into the same.
