Delay in Transfe

Sir,

I have a Connection of Hp gas at BHEL hyderabad. I have been told by the authorities that the area were i stay which is miyapur does not come under BHEL circulation and hence has asked me to get my Transfer to KPHB Branch. But ever since i agreed i am unable to complete the Transfer for various reasons of your service. Inspite of my repeted visit (6 times) with the KPHB branch there is no action. Would somebody pls check into this and get a speedy smooth transistion. I currently out of gas from past a month.
