Trasfer from Aizawl (Mizoram) to Kota (Raj)

Dear Sir,

I've got transferred documents (Termination Voucher) for dbl cylinder connection from Delhi to Aizawl (Mizoram); but couldn't availed in Mizoram here due to some different procedures here.

Now, I've been transferred to Kota (Raj). Should I get any documents from Mizoram or should I carry the Delhi Termination Voucher for getting transferred connection in Kota (Raj). Please reply urgently.
