HP Gas Cylinder
Poor administration and very delay in service

Hi,

I have booked a cylinder on 22/12/07..and till no delivery..whenever i go and tell them about this, they use to say tomorrow we will send it... everytime by saying that they have shortage... last time i got the cylinder after two months.and they never use to take the phone.

Now a days it seems like a mission to go and argue with them... really its very pathetic. I am tired doing this ..plz somebody do something about it.my consumer no is 16219376.
