Delay of replacement / supply of gas

My consumer no. 603975, Tel 022-26247568 (resi). Supplying Agent: Rashmi Gas, Vile Parle, Mumbai 400 056, their tel : 011-26714817/ 0226715961.

invariably, replacement of Gas cylinder takes about 7 days or more.

Staff at Rashmi Gas, are very rude & hardly attends tel call. Please confirm what is the present status of gas supply in western suburb

of Mumbai & in locality of vile Parle/ Andheri west.
