Dear Sir,

I booked for the refill on 1-5-20 12 through phone 9092223456 booking no 294140 After inquiring for gas delivery again, again 5 to6 times on different days received the sms on16-5-12 that your bill is made and bill no 187892 and will be delivered within next 48 hours. Gas finally delivered on 23-5-12.Practically from the booking 23 days after repeated phone calls to agent. Now your restriction of 21 days. Which day should be considered 1st the booking day or 23rd.delivery day. We need gas with in 23 to 30 days. Formally it took 3 to 4 days for delivery after booking fore cylinder.

I do not understand how it is taking too much time to deliver. if you have issued incorporated the more clients then what will happen to existing clients. First you satisfy existing client then you incorporate new clients.

Kindly reply me as soon as possible. You can send me letter through currier or post. And your action in this regards should be known.
