HP ipaq 6828 Phone purchased on 11/07.
got completely dead on 16/06.
Submitted to service center at sakinaka, mumbai, maharastra, india on 18/06.
Was informed that you get replacement in 4 days.
after 6 days of several calling from my side they told to submit dealers bill, that also submitted on 24/06 personally, but still today no response from their side still.their phone lines are getting continously busy, if ever phone is attended they put on hold n phone cuts on reponsible person is their to answer whether phone will be replaced or will be repair.very bad service from HP.
