Hi myself Anurag Anand, i purchased a loptop of Hp. And the since the day i hav purchased it, i am facing lots of problems. The main problem is that the fan side portion gets heat up wihin 1 hour & after that system goes shut down automatically. Its under warrenty period, but when ever i summit it to the service centre they took around a month to solve the problems. And again on 20th dec 08 i got my system back after solving the same problem, and they assure me that now u will not face the same problem. But its my bad luck that just after 15 days on 06 jan 09 again system face the same problem & still going on. This was my 4th times complain to the service centre... but as usual they assure me & again i got the same problem.
Just i got tired of moving round to service centre. Plz help me!
