Not received gift please help

Respected sir/madam,

my name is Vidyadhar Shetty i have purchased hp pavillion dv51102tu on 30th JAn . there was a 5.1 channel phillips home theature as a free gift offer when i was purchased a laptop, i have completed all the formalities and send all the documents along with demand draft rupees of 1499/ on Feb to hp redemtion cell new okhla industrial area, but the free gift has not been reached to me. so please solve this problem...

Please do the needful HP company is responsible for these kind of issues HP company is giving fake statements fake advertisement to sell their product not only me lot many peole have the same issue please take necessary action on HP company first as well as HP redemption center
