I have given my laptop case no.8333 to hp service centre near madhok complex on 8 august.i was having some problem in charging and deposited my laptop to the service station but still there was no response from the service station despite of our countless visits to service station.everytime i visit them they keep on saying that we have filled the matter to the headquarters and they are looking into it.they everytime promise us that your matter will be resolved this monday but everytime the next monday comes the same story repeats.first of all they have lost the bill.this shows mere irresponsibility on the part of workers of hp.even then we have deposited the bill again but still there is no response till date.i hardly condemn the after sales services of hp and request you to look into the matter as early as possible and try to resolve it
