Hp - Laptop Presario V6000
Battery back up

Dear sir,

I am from India, & as I know the service of hp is very poor in my country. Well I have a problem with battery back up of my laptop. I purchased "Presario V6000" Laptop. At the time of purchase (for 06 months) I got 1hr. 45Min. full charged battery back up. But after this period, the back up was gradually dropped. Now I am getting only 20min. back up.

Which is shame of hp product.
