I am a resident of Talcher, a industrial town town in Angul Distt. of Orissa. But at the time of booking we have to pay the full amount of one cylinder in addition Rs15 for home delivery to the dealer "Pradhan's Gas Service". As a customer I want to know is it true on the part of the dealer to take extra money for home delivery, which is only 2Kms from the office/godown? and we are bound to pay extra money as because we have no other alternative to choice for the second dealer of HP nor any other company. So I request you to kindly advice me whether I will pay extra for delivery or not? If not pl. inform the dealer accordingly for the goodwill of the company. If not then allot one more dealer for the service of cooking gas for this type of monopoly market. Thanking you, Sir and waiting for your valuable advice and action at your end.
