Delay in delivery of Refill Cylinde

I have Connection No. 609045 with HP CL, LPG Dealer Mr Gajjar Brothers, Jahangirpur, Taluka: Olpad (Surat)

The agency is delaying the delivery of Refilled cylinder. My booking on date 15.04.2009 has not been delivered till 30.04.2009.They are not responding on phones since last 4 days.
