Dear Sir,
I am a HP LPG consumer from last 8 years. I use to have a single HP LPG connection in RAJAHMUNDRY, A.P. (Dealer Code 957933, Consumer No.22474). Few years back i.e. in OCT we have shifted with complete family to RAJASTHAN. In order to continue my HP LPG connection in RAJASTHAN I took TRANSFER CERTIFICATE from my RAJAHMUNDRY Dealer (Code: 957933). But as a matter of fact I didn't require to reapply my connection in RAJASTHAN. And now we are again back in RAJAHMUNDRY and I want to get my HP LPG connection renewal to continue with HP LPG connection.
In this regard I have already communicated twice in wiriting by post letter dt.22-08 & 12-11. I have even sent my Original Transfer Certificate as asked by MR. SRIDHAR (HP Sales Executive, Rajahmundry PH: (M) 94406-05235). But surprisingly I have not received any communication in this regard. I am fed up with all these paper formalities, as I am not demanding for new connection. I am requesting to renewal and let me continue with my HP LPG connection in RAJAHMUNDRY.
Please kindly do the needful at the earliest as it is already 2 1/2 Months passed, which is a good enough time to do any type of proceedings.
