Non Attending the Complain by the Dela

We have purchased One HP-Office Jet J 3608 form a Authorized dealer of Malda on 24-11. There was warranty of one year. The machine was out of order since Mid of July. In spite of repetitive intimation of complain the dealer does not bother to visit the office to fix the problem, though the machine was on warranty. It was also informed that due to the break down of the machine we are facing the tremendous problem on our day-to-day business, but he did not pay heed on that.
