i purchased a hp pavilion entertainment series laptop whose product number is dv51106-ax, and the serial number is CNF8363FHJ on 3/11/08, sales personal told me that i need to send a dd of rs/-999, i send the dd to hp redemption cell, the dd number is 074030, issued by central bank of india amroha branch.i send this on 3/12/08, i m still waiting for the camera n planning to file a legal application in consumer forum, so i want the company to send this immediately, waitin for the response... shashank veswal
