I have not received free gift till now

I have purchased my Hp pavilion dv5 series Entertainment notebook PC (DV5 1102TU) on 07/01/09. and till now i have't received my free philips home theatre & there is no status information i have got. i want to see my status for my free gift.

My redemption code is WAREA3RBMO, I also send a demand draft of Rs 1499/- having dd no. 961480, date of issue 15/01/09, issuing branch "State Bank of India, Jadugoda -0227"

I have also send mail to [email protected] and also send a complent to hp. My complain no is CCHSAP203061. But till now i have not received any information from hp except a SMS to check my mail only. In my email they have send that the redemption which i have owned i will get within 10-15 days.

Please tell me from where & how can i get status of my free philips home theatre. Please tell me something about this. And also tell me when i will be getting my free philips home theatre.
