Oot manager missing and error code 0x4001100200001005

Sir

My os is not responding and when i try to format it to the factory settings from disk or hard drive, it progress up to 35% and then displays an error with code 0x4001100200001005 and prompts to contact hp support

kindly provide me with solutions as soon as posible.
