I had submited my Laptor for a Repair on 09Apr09 at a Service Centre (EBM) in Noida. Firstly it took them 3 days to get back to me to say that the mother board need to be replaced. When i had submitted my Laprtop for renewal i had shown them my bill which proved that it was under warranty period. They Disagreed to it and asked me to come to the repair centre again with the bill or send them the bill by email. I did so as advised and i was called back again to say that the refrence no. on the bill and the one on my laptop dont match so my laptop was not under warranty. if i wanted to get warranty i was advised that the bill has to be made again by the dealer properly stamped and signed. I went to the dealer again and got a new bill made and had it emailed to the service centre. I was again called back and informed that the refrence no. on the bill is not clear and they needed a bill with the clear refrence no.
This is very bad service and i would make a complele fool of my self by going to the dealer again for the bill. The bill very clearly shows the refrence no. but the service centre is not ready to accept it.
