I have purchased HP pavilion notebook on 22nd Feb & had a scheme of Phillips home theater home delivery from Delhi office. The DD of Rs. 1499/- was sent to Solution Integrated marketing services pvt.ltd. on 26th Feb as the courier charges for the home delivery. Its almost 5 months, still we are not getting any response from HP or their service providers. Kindly help us.
