I purchased a HP Pavilion tx1218au Notebook PC in the year of 2007 September. the mother board of the laptop is burnt (As per the HP service team) on the last day of the warranty of the laptop. I have given the laptop for repair which is around 2 months back and still the HP servicing center people were saying it will take 4 more weeks. They are saying the part is not available in india and saying they are not running the company and asking me to take the laptop back with a rash voice. I am planning to file a case in consumer court on this and will tell the media about HP's useless service.
